Located in West Bradford Township, Chester County, PA, our community is bordered by Bradford Heights Elementary, Route 322, Bradford Ave and Sawmill Road.   Approximately 142 homes comprise the membership of the Brandywine Ridge Home Owners Association with dues that go to pay for expenses for the common good.  Within our borders, there are almost eight (8) acres of common areas.  The HOA maintains the common areas to assure their continued compliance with all applicable Township, County, State and Federal laws.  This work continually includes the maintenance, care, enhancement, removal and replacement of the lawns, trees and shrubs.  The common areas cannot be used for business purposes or organized recreation/group functions without Board approval.  No dirt bikes, motorcycles, minibikes or similar vehicles are permitted in the common areas.   Additionally, no outdoor fires are permitted on the common areas.  For more information, please review the Bylaws of the HOA or contact any current Board Member (see contact us section)
